App freezes at different points. Will not let me accept fingerprint (face recognition) without freezing and I have to restart phone to get into app once again.

We love Nespresso and this app makes ordering convenient. But it freezes up almost every time when I’m placing an order requiring me to force quit the app. Fortunately when I re-launch it goes to the last screen I was on without losing my order information. Needs some work.

Every time I try to buy coffee pods on the app it freezes up. Takes me 5 min to make a couple clicks and buy the pods.

I’ve had a Nespresso for years and mostly pleased with it… but the app to order the pods has been plagued by intermittent problems for years. For the same amount of time that I’ve own my Nespresso makers (yes, plural). Versión control problems are rampant and endemic. I just don’t get it: a multi-billion euro industry can’t get a smoothly running app?? You’d think that would be super important to ensure a smooth ordering process.

Easy to use app. Love the coffee. So nice to be able to make just one cup. What happened to the regular decaf? Why is it not offered anymore? I can’t drink caffeinated drinks.

Please move the single shot vertuo decaf to the bottom. When ordering on the phone you look for purple… I know there’s a pink ring but it’s hard to see. Or just put them next to each other so you can see the difference. I know first world problems but it drives me nuts.
