I have had nothing but issues with the app trying to order. I have missed promos because it won’t apply anything or says I haven’t met what I need to for the promo (which I have and have triple checked). Very irritating, it used to be a breeze to order quickly and now it’s not.
How many oz in my coffee selection?

I love the coffee and the app is mostly good. But it drives me nuts that oz is missing from many of the product descriptions! It keeps from trying new coffee! Please fix this.

Navigating through Nespresso App is easy and smooth. I have been using it since I got my Nespresso machine a few years ago. Creating the account was easy and fast, and I have been placing my orders in just a couple minutes since then. It is easy to find information about all the products available. Not to mention the coffee quality and variety, which are very good. I recommend Nespresso coffee and Nespresso App.

Nespresso was sent to us by angels. I will never go back to Keurig. I’m talking NEEEEEEEV.. You know how people say, “never say never?” WELL I’M SAYING NEVER! After tasting this fancy, delicious, always fun to order wonderfulness that is Nepresso Coffee I will never drink that plastic tasting, mold generating, putting grinds in my coffee, stabbing me in my finger every time I clean it, needle clogging but it ain’t clogged, screen glitching, NASTY coffee again. I’d work there just for the free coffee and I own my own business traveling the world. 10 out of 10 AAAAAAAAAAND when my machine broke down THEY SENT ME A NEW BETTER ONE AND FREE COFFEE. Come on man. Delicious coffee. Amazing customer service.. I’m getting a Nespresso tattoo on Wednesday.

Good app, very intuitive and helpful for setting up a new machine/purchasing pods. Disappointed you can only apply one promo code at a time when new machine owners get multiple codes with their new coffee maker.

Endless loop trying to place an order. I may have accidentally ordered 200 capsules. And why does it need to connect to the machine? Why is ordering coffee so complicated?

I would give it 5 starts except sometimes it crashes. But mainly, there is no option to add a recycling bag from the app (that I’ve seen).
Makes ordering easy!

Love being able to order without going to my desktop. Ordering at my fingertips, great and easy! Thanks to this app…
App is not very stable

When the app works it’s fine, but all too often It doesn’t work. I select my order, but the app gets stuck and I can’t complete the order. It happened to me in December when I missed out on a special offer and again yesterday and today I tried to order. I’ve just had to remove and reinstall the app and have finally been able to order. This is a pain!
