Wi-Fi/Bluetooth does not connect/pair

Don’t know what happened. Machine was paired to my phone. Since an update with OS15.2 phone will not pair via Bluetooth

Room for improvement

Hitting a decade as a Nespresso customer. Love the product. The app, however, really needs a search function, and to make the request for recycling bags much easier to find. So much time wasted searching for things. Also would be helpful to have the ability to request notification when out of stock items return.

App is horrendous

Well, title says it all. I can’t link my machine to app due to error message when creating account. Tried to create account from their website and same error message with no explanation. Have been trying for about 30 min and no luck. Won’t be using the app and will be deleting


Poor ability to add promo

really tired of this app

I have yet been able to use a promo code. The app just spins and says continue, but it never processes until the promo code is removed

The Nespresso app is one of the worst application for a company that attempts to put out a hip and high end vibe. The app constantly asks one to login but that’s not the biggest issue. The app to machine connectivity (Vertuo Next in my case) only happens on days that don’t end with a Y. When it manages to connect, it’s in a time window that’s 15 milliseconds between the time it finishes brewing to when it auto shuts off. However, Nespresso made sure WiFi works well so they can collect usage stats at will.

I was so excited to receive this gift given the Bluetooth capabilities however the app and the device will not pair. Very disappointing


The cart needs work

Need to fix the payment section of the shopping cart. The type of card should automatically change when I enter my credit card number. Morin a shopping cart you should not be required to select the type of card, do I didn’t. I entered my number of my MC credit card, but your system defaults to Visa. After entering my card number I noticed that it said visa. But your system won’t let me change the type of card until I deleted the number. This is an error in your logic and should be fixed
