Wish I could give negative stars

Had the app and after a week realized everyone that is engaged on the app is misinformed or incites fear. Attempted to inject a heart warming post to boost the mood of the hood during these troubling times. Post was blocked and removed and no explanation. App deleted ring products in the Garbage......
The app does not allow me to login

I have been unable to login to the app, even after resetting my password. I have seen this issue happening to others but have not seen a fix/solution posted anywhere online.

If I could give it less than 1 star, I would. There’s no monitoring on the app. It’s full of yahoos and trolls that make snide and useless remarks on people reporting concerns. The app also crashes constantly.

I tried to post an update about the increasing in Chicago’s carjackings, and my post kept getting deleted because they didn’t feel it was relevant to my area—even though I live in Chicago. I deleted this app because it isn’t the first time it’s happened to me, and I can’t imagine how many other people this is happening too. If people can’t share necessary information, there’s no point in using this app for updates.

The app is nice but the camera RING is concerning! On the commercials you can see very clearly ! My cameras are set professionally and great range and perfect height cameras are set at ! When you zoom in regardless you still can’t read license plate ! There is a issue going on here with ring and I don’t like it

Post a comment or have a question? Don’t do it on this app. You will only get anonymous people who abuse the anonymity and just troll and write rude things. Probably people committing crimes themselves. Sick.
Videos Don’t Play

App would be great if the videos would play. If they manage to somehow play, if I try to make them full screen, it crashes the app. Disappointing, because at one time the app worked great. No other apps on my phone have this issue.

This app is not at all helpful. I did a post regarding the police CAPS meeting and they rejected it saying they only wanted ‘issues that affected the entire neighborhood so to benefit from local crime and safety information’. Isn’t that what a CAPS meeting is?!?! All I seem to get from this app is people posting vague things with no location and then 20 idiots saying coyotes, aliens or fireworks!!!
