I like the information shared on this app. But I tried posting a video from my SimpleSafe camera and it just keeps getting rejected even though it meets the guidelines for posting.

Determined to get organized
It’s great to connect with neighbors and share useful videos. I’m missing my beloved cat and people have been kind enough to post possible sightings. My complaint is that I don’t find the app easy to use. Haven’t found a way to contact neighbors privately so I can give my telephone number which I’d rather not post publically. And a few other issues. Like not being able to expand the images large enough to really see details etc.

This used to work with no problems. Now I get invalid credentials and even when I try a new setup it won’t take it. It went from being good to garbage.
Over a year and no change…Fix the problem with WRONG locations!!!

I have lost track of the number of “updates” to this app in the last 10 months….but for once I would love for Ring developers to fix the issue with wrong addresses being on the neighbors app. Addresses that CANNOT be changed manually for some asinine reason…addresses that are in no way associated with the account owner/devices. This is a WORTHLESS app when it shows your home being TEN MILES North of where you actually live!!!! This has been a known issue for a while and some how they cannot get this fixed.

It’s an app for neighbors in local communities to post activities around their homes which is captured by their ring products and shared with other neighbors who can then comment support about aforementioned posted activities back to them.
