app won’t work well, closes unexpectedly and some videos won’t work. it worked well before but now it continues to act up
Great app to keep you locally updated

PROS- Communicating with concerned citizens locally. Being able to participate anonymously and being able to share and to see others local footage of incidents captured on camera/video. CONS- Drama! It doesn’t make sense. The app states what it’s there for. It doesn’t make sense but people are always trying to make others feel responsible for being victimized on this app. There needs to be a way to filter comments or people that want nothing more than to I still love it, it’s worth scrolling past all those haters
Weird selective censorship

I posted about suspicious vehicle activity in my neighborhood and they immediately removed it for no sensible reason. They said it wasn’t relevant. The incident turned out to be a high speed chase that went down my street! My neighbors and I would have known sooner had they not blocked my post. Makes no sense. So yeah... plenty of posts about people’s cats and dogs and fireworks. But not much for actual safety. Waste of time.
A child’s welfare

The admins at this app think it’s more important to post things about broken windows and stolen tires than to address a child’s welfare

I love the concept and the app itself. However, as of now and this software version on 2/5/2021 keeps just crashing. I was typing a comment & within a few minutes of me opening the app today, it keeps crashing. And you all need moderators. Some folks are so rude & is nasty to people who post. I refuse to make a post for that reason. Some people are just miserable and mean. Anyways, I think you need to have better moderating system like the next-door app does because the way that this goes isn’t cool. I’m going to uninstall and reinstall the app and I will update my review if things change & or gets resolved.
Too Many Trolls

Whenever sincere people post alerts and concerns, the trolls come out and either blame the victims or post unhelpful or sophomoric comments. Many act like children on here. I think the anonymity should be removed where users must enter their real names (similar to another neighborhood app). This way, these children would think twice before posting useless comments.
Videos never work

The videos in my feed never work right. Either the videos are black and won’t play, or it will be the same 2 videos all the way down my feed. It’s been this way for months.
