Not Helpful – Neighbors by Ring Review

This app is not at all helpful. I did a post regarding the police CAPS meeting and they rejected it saying they only wanted ‘issues that affected the entire neighborhood so to benefit from local crime and safety information’. Isn’t that what a CAPS meeting is?!?! All I seem to get from this app is people posting vague things with no location and then 20 idiots saying coyotes, aliens or fireworks!!!
