login for my tv provider suceeds but then opens the app store so the login flow is unable to proceed. unusable! app is up to date on a brand new iphone.

No choice but to constantly log out and Re-log into the app through your TV provider. Multi step re-authentication every time you want to use the app…and you need to when it’s the only way to watch Olympic coverage.
Player controls are awful

Netflix, Hulu, etc. can all manage to remember where you left off, this app can’t. It crashes a lot and the controls are awful.
You’re paying for ad’s and a bad user experience

Casting is a problem, even though I pay for cable, this is an additional charge. It’s stuffed full of advertising. Bad product. Hard to use. Bad value. Bad delivery of services.

It keeps saying something is wrong and that i need to restart the app!! I can’t watch the Olympics this stinks won’t be using this app anymore
Where is Picture in Picture

Really? How still does the app not have PIP, you had all the time since the summer Olympics. Another thing is would still be great to have a button to switch between landscape and portrait for the people that use screen lock.

This app is nearly unusable. It is constantly broken in various ways especially when casting to your TV and has been this way for months. How in the world is this the official app of a major provider?
