Currently in china and would love to watch the games. With and withou a vpn, using Wi-Fi or cellular on my phone and tablet it won’t show any video and just say “oops try again.” Trash app
Too many Commercials

I understand you need to make money but I keep seeing the same commercials over and over again. I suggest one commercial from each company per hour. It’s painful when im waiting for 5 minutes in commercials just to watch a 4 minute clip is crazy makes me go looking for other options to watch the games. Thank you
Never wants to open

Have to open, close, open, close and still does not want to open. It did once and hasn’t open since. Waste of time!

Every time an event is selected, there’s a “oops, please close the app” notification. During the olympics (or any other event for that matter) NBC needs to do better…especially when customers have paid to have access to more content. NBC: do better.

Bugs in replay playback

Constant issues when skipping forward / backward in replays. I’ll skip forward and then the app will play something from 15 minutes ago in the media I chose to watch
TV Provider (re)Authentication

Works great for 15 minutes but then you are prompted to reauthenticate with your TV Provider (despite having already successfully done so)
