This service us awful! I've been trying to watch the game on my TV and unable to get it. Not having any luck on either phone either. This is ridiculous... I want a Supervisor to message me or call me concerning this matter.

This is the absolute worst sports streaming app available. When you are watching a game, you can only watch until the next commercial break. If you stay on the app after that, the stream will not work and you have to exit the app and watch a 30 second advertisement if you want to keep watching. You also cannot use picture in picture on iphones like I have heard you could do on illegal streams. If i was able to, i would rather use an illegal stream because ive heard they do not have the same issues as this app and you can actually watch a game in its entirety without having to close the app for every play stoppage and re open and watch an advertisement. If i knew how to, i would 100% recommend using a free illegal stream istead of this horrible app, but only if it was legal. 1/10 absolutely terrible and horribly built app

Never lets me sign on with my Spectrum subscription. Everyone else does. Always says there is an outage!

Why can’t I minimize the content and do other things on my phone while streaming??? Every other app I use has this option. NBC, are just not as advanced or capable as your competitors?? Or are you more controlling and greedy?

I’m thankful of the information provided, but the app is junk. So many issues, not sure what bothers me the most. Swiping is awful. No baseball is awful.
Hard to watch

My family finds it hard to watch sporting events on this app which is frustrating. Multiple times the app crashes and we have to remember how far we are into the event so we can fast forward to where we left off. We run into additional problems when we try to fast forward and every time we nudge the bar, we have to watch a million ads. So if we have to move the bar 3 times to find where we left off, we have to watch 3 million ads before we can continue. I understand playing ads on the app but there is a right and wrong way to do it and this app definitely does it the wrong way.

Man on the Brink
Probably one of the worst streaming apps I’ve used. Literally will log in with my service provider that I know works with NBCSN. Yet it still doesn’t let me stream games when I want to watch them. I don’t understand why it seems the app never gets fixed if, they should just move the steaming experience over to Peacock it is a much better platform and actually works.
