Terrible app without the PIP Capability. Please fix. This function causes me to not watch NBC Sporting events.

Keep getting authentication error after I signed in with my provider! ?

This is the error that comes up constantly when I try to watch something. Why do I even bother with NBC sports? Have tried all things necessary to fix on multiple occasions. Do better NBC..

Terrible app every time I try to sign into my tv provider it never lets me play any live video. Very bad app, the website is much better. Yeah just checked, illegal sites made by a computer science kid in college works far better than NBC.

Probably the worst streaming app out there. Can ESPN just buy the rights to the EPL already?

Horrible authentication

App works fine if you’re not logged into provider every time. If you’re logged into tv provider, any hint of lag or poor connection gets you an authentication error. App works fine without tv provider logged in, including streaming live content. Easy fix, just lazy and has been a problem for years

Audio issues

It’s not just this app but including this app, there is something up with the audio when casting any nbc sports and possibly other nbc content. I’ve at least tried android, Apple, and windows. When I cast, the audio is super low and the quality is off. For example, I watched a Football game today; my tv had to be on 100 to hear it and the audio mix is off as well. Compared to a football game streaming from cbs/paramount from the same to device. Volume is on 40 and the quality is much better. I have had this issue on many different devices and for quite some time. Don’t know what the issue is but it is only nbc.

Worst Streaming App I’ve Ever Used

I had been using the app to stream events via my Spectrum Cable account for several years without a problem and was actually quite happy with it. However, that all changed over the last two months as every time I sought to stream a live event like Sunday Night Football, I started getting the “Authentication Error” every time I tried to view a game. I can watch clips, but no live events. I’ve tried closing and reopening the app. I’ve tried logging in and out of of the app. I’ve tried deleting and re-downloading the app. All to no avail. I finally just decided to delete the app permanently.

Everyone has their hand out today just to watch TV it’s a sad day when the stuff is being broadcast over the airwaves but in certain areas were you don’t get TV reception you can’t even use these joke of an app to watch a football game
