Terrible app. Cannot stream Olympics without lagging.

Too many commercials!

These commercials are happening too often, have awkward timing and are cutting off replays and analysis

I can honestly say that this is the worst app I’ve ever downloaded in my life. Twice, have I had the app decide to put ads between the action in sporting events. (1) when watching baseball, I sh:& you not, this garbage app put an ad between every pitch of the bottom 7 of an inning once. Halfway though I couldn’t take it and just turned it off and went to bed. (2) when watching the Winter Olympics, they literally put an ad right at the point of take off on every single big air jump tonight. Again, irritated I’ve shut it off. If there is ever such a cause for a free app owning me money for the time I’ve put in to dealing with your garbage (after all its not free since you need a subscription), this is it. I can’t recommend this app less. Honestly, NBC and Comcast have a demented world view. G-A-R-B-A-G-E

Horrendous Olympic Coverage

Olympics are literally unwatchable due to the amount of commercials. Clearly the Olympics are just a money making opportunity for them. Unbelieveable

Says “can’t authenticate” when I try to watch virtually anything in the Olympics.

Plays 3 minutes of ads everytime you fast forward/rewind even 15 seconds

As mentioned in title, pretty absurd that the app play 1-3minutes of ads everytime you try to fast forward or rewind by even 15 seconds. I'm watching Olympic highlights and gave up trying to find my spot in a 2 hour long video after 5 trys and 10 minutes of ads because there is no preview screenshot when sliding either (very poor UI). It would make sense to play ads ONCE every so often or when fast forwarding by 10+ minutes, but not every fine adjustment. Poor app development-- why would you ever want to click the 30 second forward button if you'll need to watch 3 minutes of ads to move forward half a minute?!!

I have this app on my fire TV. I have to relogin every time I use it and I end up watching more ads than the actual sporting event

Zooms in after 3 seconds of me putting a game on to the point where I can’t see anything. Tried restarting and redownloading and nothing works. Disappointing given I pay for this

Absolutely terrible Olympics coverage. Watching competitions was near impossible due to the absurd amount of commercials popping up the instant a run was over, removing any hopes of watching replays or athletes getting scores. Many commentators knew nothing about the sport they were covering as well. Amazing how NBC is doing their best to ruin a wonderful event like the Olympics.

I can’t watch the Olympic shows I want to. I select my carrier and enter my carriers username and password and am told authorization failed even tho info is correct. Also, ever time I access the app, it keeps a#king me the same questions over and over. Very poorly written app
