Doesn't launch

Dark Clown

Just crashes on launch. Completely useless.

Constant crashing

JerRemixMiah

Can’t even open it. Wish there was a convenient way to pay bill quickly, this isn’t that.

App does not open anymore

Mr B's Garage

It just stopped opening.

Crashes every time

HeRatesApps

App has been crashing right after opening it for a while now. Time to delete it.

Terrible App

Tiffy8907

Downloaded this and it doesn’t work nor will it open

Not functional

bdfitunes

The app cannot start, it just crashes immediately. I’ve attempted restarting, updating, reinstalling. Even “gave it a week” to see if there was a software issue. There’s zero support, the app is totally not functional. This is more of a poor reflection on SCE and how they value their customers than anything else

Mobile app issue is resolved

santosh mahana

Please update your my SCE app from App Store to resolve the app launching issue.

Awful

bvdke dhskd

This app is absolute trash. Website is as well. Why can’t a utility giant like Edison get it together? Inexcusable.

Confused

BLUJNBBYQUEEN

I’m confused. I need to give my landlord 6 months of past bill statenents. Wel I have to go online and download the MY SCE APP and so I do that but now it’s asking for a credit card before I can go any further. I don’t do credit card online anymore since last time I did someone got a hold of it and ran a muck. So now what do I do. ?????? And I need those statements or I’m considered non compliant. HELP!!!

Just AWFUL

Paul in LHC

Without a doubt one of the worst apps available on the App Store. What good is an app that constantly gives dated and incomplete data??? Try to view usage to date during a monthly cycle….no weekend data at all and at least 50% of the time the feedback is “temporarily unavailable “….I wonder what SCE’s definition of “temporary” is??? It’s obvious this App only exists because it is mandated by the PUC ;)
