Worst app ever. Just links to their website and doesn’t work reliably as their website (which barely ever works itself). Constantly crashes. You’d think with all the constant maintenance outages something good would come out of it, but it just keeps getting worse and worse.

Just to let you know, I can’t even log into my account with this app. I went as far as to uninstall and reinstall this app. And this is how I used to pay my bill?!?!

It seems like every time there’s a major iOS update, this app stops working for a long time. The app is only a link to the website which doesn’t work very well in the app. Too many pop ups in the app. It’s a really bad design and integration. It should be scrapped and a new app developed by app developers!

The app works like it’s 1995 meaning it doesn’t work. Constant “We’re experiencing some technical issues right now”. It’s 2021, get your act together SCE app developers!

The app says it won’t work and I need to update to latest version from App Store. But latest version is not available! There is a long way to go to qualify as an app!

App was working fine! Now always get message please update but it is not showing that it needs an update. Please correct this error. Exact words technical error. Your version may no longer be supported through your App Store (iPhone) please update latest version. What is the latest version?!?

I would think that Southern California Edison would have it together with an app. This app hardly ever works and in result makes me late to pay my bill. It’s 2021 and people like convenience (aka pay my bill thru an app/on the go). I’m sure SCE has plenty of money to spend on creating a better app.
Please fix this ASAP

In 2021 technology is everything. This should be working and it never works. 5 stars because i feel bad for y’all. We need this working. Everyone owns a smart phone.
