The app never open- spins endlessly when trying to logon or accept their term, etc. Horribly user unfriendly. Does Edison have no IT specialists or did they vendor thus app and IT management to a third world vendor???

Save yourself the trouble and just try to pay your bill by shouting into the ether. Someone might actually hear you and help you.

It’s utterly unbelievable that a utility company cant put a small app together that works each and every time.. It’s crashing on iOS everything —Phone / Pad. Get your act together people.. I’m fine with paying it every 2-3 months—- How’s the “Bean Counters” going to feel about that—times 1 million+ people?!? If I recall the stupid thing was just a re-direct to a browser.. L A M E ! ! !

Only 4 updates in 6 years. Yeah, this app never stood a chance. SCE, please turn this into a real app. Go back to the drawing board. I feel like this is a case of management saying “Well we tried and nobody used it.” Well I can say this, if an app is user-hostile, poorly designed, or in particular, made me login every single time I open it, yeah of course nobody’s going to use it. Having usage info, history and billing ~easily~ available would be extremely useful for the energy conscious in SoCal.

Think of the worst site you have ever tried to navigate multiply that by 10,000 and that’s what you get with sce. Every time they do something with it they just make it worse. Which I’m not even sure how that’s possible but they somehow manage to do it

Nice app. It’s very convenient to view balance and pay bill instead of using web page. But browser at least stored login info, which is sorely lacking from this app. Otherwise it’s great.
