What a horrible App. You can’t see anything (at least on an iPad) and the pages cover each other. The website is much better and it’s awful! Why did they even waste their time, I would be embarrassed if this were my company.
When it works....

When it works, it’s great! It has helped me figure out daily usage, and how to conserve. At least for that 2 week stretch this summer, when the app worked... they’re lucky to have the app actually working for 7 days each month now... Pathetically undependable. If the rest of the company is run this way, the high rates actually make sense.

It’s shame on you! A company at this big can not make a useful and useable app for their systems? What a joke! I have been a customer for 5 years now and I’m always struggling and hates going to the website every time to make payments! You better hurry up and make a new app otherwise it will be the end of your company.

This app is very slow and glitchy. You would think a company that extorts everybody in Southern California to use electricity would have enough money to spend on making a decent app.

SCE will fail soon. I’m installing solar panels because of your poor customer service. I shouldn’t rip my hair out attempting to pay a bill (App, phone, website).

You’d think with as much money as SoCal residents give them they’d be able to afford a halfway decent iOS developer. Someone capable of designing a usable UI that conforms to modern day iPhones, while also allowing the SUPER complex process of “Pay My Bill”. Including four or five things users may do once a year, it can’t be that hard. Maybe send an employee to the local adult school to learn basic coding? This would all be amazing. I mean, there’s an app to make cars drive to you. Like Batman. How come I’m closer to being Batman than I am paying my power bill from an app.

Anyone can list anyone as cohabitation. Literally anyone. Add Kobe Bryant as your spouse and see.Then stick him withyour bill when you owe. SCE will pay your bill from his account. That is what they did with my 100 year old blind grandfather and my millionaire Uncle when the Uncle sold his property on sce electric 200 miles away and left a bill. You must prove you didn't live there.
