This app is terrible. There is an option to view the bill and it doesn’t work. If it can perform a basic function that allows a customer to view his bill, it shouldn’t be on the App Store. I’m deleting it.

Not much more to say. I am embarrassed for a company the size of Southern California Edison to have such junk representing them. Low budget mom and pop businesses have better stuff.

For such a big company this is really a bad app. Slow, doesn’t work a lot of the time, the best feature was checking day to day usage but now that’s not there. I’ve deleted the app. No use taking up space.

The app was maybe ok if all you have to do is pay your bill. But now with the update you aren’t able to get to your bill and other features. A waste of an app and space on your phone.

Worst app I've ever used

This app has gone from bad to worse! Very poor functionality and just goes in circles by continuing to ask for login info depending on what you would like to view. Nobody likes entering their login info 5 times during one session. Oh yeah, biometric login to this (app?) would also be nice. It was available before but removed for some reason during one of their useless upgrades! Wake up SCE, it's 2019!! Oh yeah, forgot to mention I'm going solar next month. Good bye SCE!!!

Continue crashes on outage map overlay

Continues to crash when checking the outage map. app crashes every time when zooming in on your outage area or pinching map to adjust outage area App will crash or closed and you will have to re-open we launch The outages tab extremely annoying has been going on for six months and three version updates have deleted and reinstalled the app countless times no tax software issue with developer rendering application useless
