This app is so user- friendly. I require frequent blood testing. If it weren’t for this app, I’d be lost. Between my dialysis appointments and doctor’s appointments, I’d never be able to keep anything straight. It’s not easy with these illnesses that will never go away, but with My Quest, it only takes seconds to find and schedule an appointment. And with an appointment,, the wait time is almost non- existent. Thank you, I never could make my life easier if it wasn’t for you. And lest I forget, their phlebotomists are Number one over any other in the area. They’re gentle, kind and knowledgeable. Number One all the way around. Mary Colleen Burt

I don’t like that it is impossible to get a response to my question about a particular doctor’s nonreceipt of my results, and I really don’t like it that I get my results several days after my doctor! With two of my doctors, it took too many days for them to react by prescribing needed medication and if I had gotten my lab results at the same time, I would have been able to call their offices to hurry things along! Also, I asked in your Help whether Dr. Wong got my glucose and A1c results and if not why not; I brought you his order when I came in to your lab! You just sent me another copy of all my lab results and that didn’t answer that question! Otherwise, I like your lab, your personnel, and your ap/site.

This app is trash, looks like it hasn’t been updated since IOS 7, the UI does not fit the screen late model iPhones and it lacks two step verification. Quest Diagnostics clearly is not interested in keeping its resources secure or up to date. Really lousy.
Cannot manage appointments

The App may be good to view results but cannot be used to view any appointments. Need to go online for the web version to view or manage appointments and hence it doesn’t meet expectation/experience.
App is not functional

This app used to work for me a few years ago, but in the past year has become completely non functional. I can’t see new results unless I verify my identity, and when I type in my last 4 SSN digits (correctly, double checked, repeated multiple times) it says I’m wrong. I think I know my SSN. Clearly the Quest app is wrong. Please fix your app or stop claiming that patients are able to access their own results, if this in reality is impossible. I haven’t heard from customer service either; I guess that Quest online service is non existent also.
Quest APP not for iPad

I love the app but using it on my iPad is difficult because it will not change from being oriented for a phone to my iPad. Would love to see a version for iPad. I would have given it 5 stars if it was designed for iPads.
