Horrible question of identity verification

I registered the account successfully and then it asked me some insane identity verification questions. Those people’s name I don’t even know and it says I have to choose the people I know, and some places I never been before but it says where do I lived or owned a property. After I tried twice they locked my account and I cannot see my result for now. Nobody is answering my email.

Support is not listening to my issue after multiple requests. Finally got a response: “MyQuest no longer updates the application on mobile devices” Last update was 2 years ago.

I tried to get my test results, and the website asked me questions to verify identity. That is a very good safety feature, however it asked me questions that did not pertain to me. Then because I couldn’t answer the questions it locked me out. I’m sure I will get this fixed but it is very aggravating

Was super surprised at how user-friendly this is. All labs and results are fully explained in layman’s terms — you don’t need a doctor to interpret! The history stays AND you can easily email the results to a different doctor. Easy peasy!

I love using the Quest App ! It’s super easy to schedule appointments and so convenient and simple to view. I can access all my lab results. Quest Diagnostics has always delivered the highest quality of services & information and now it is more accessible than ever. Thanks I highly recommend downloading it today & easily finding your latest results ?

What’s the point of the app is I can’t get blood test results? I’d used the suggested MyQuestSupport several times, with no satisfactory response. I gave 2-Stars because there is a historical listing of past lab results.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Absolute garbage that doesn’t work and is a nightmare to set up. No help. It’s the worst app experience I’ve ever had

All other labs post results within 24 hours! With this I have to email request for results, then over a week later get an email on the SAME DAY I received the results in the mail!! Much better testing labs out there! Moving on, adios Quest!
