Garbage

Pdoritofifkfk

Horrible. Just horrible. Incredibly difficult to navigate. Gives you the run around from email to the app. Needs easier accessibility. Test results are near impossible to retrieve trough this program

Delayed

ppll3020

Lab results not available for over 10 days on the app and need to call customer service to release them. Not helpful at all

Bad

Good for self, not for Family

Rob-Colorado

The app is good for my own info but lacks the ability to see my children that are visible on the web version.

Disappointed Very Slow

jdjx Nd e

Bad customer service and slow to get results back.

Better and Better over time!

Bdillard

Many of the bugs have been dealt with. Next day results are awesome! And management of the locations is vastly improved as well!

Please update app

Maytwelve89

The app hasn’t been updated in two years.

Interesting

abequin

It’s useful for getting your results quick but has its problems. It asked for my last digits on my ssn but then gave me questions on people I’ve never met. Tried getting in touch with support but when you click “contact support” through the app it doesn’t do anything. Really I understand the security behind it but ask me questions about me not people I’ve never even heard of. Kind of ruins the whole purpose of convenience.

This app is no longer being supported

GonnaDieBeforeThisAppWorks

I’ve been waiting for my lab results, didnt receive them, tried to contact support which redirected me to the web version of MyQuest which said the app is no longer supported. Why is it even still listed here in the app store??

Outdated. No support for FaceID

Scatterbling

Yes, the app connects to my Quest database and gives me results, but their website can do the same thing. This app was last updated 2 years ago. That explains why this app doesn’t support iOS Face ID. Instead it forces you to type in your password every single time you open the app.
