Thanks! It's easy to use, and such a godsend being able to review results. Even being able to go back and compare different months. It's refreshing to speak with your doctor and know what you're talking about. I like the additional info Quest supplies you with also!
Only halfway useful

An appointment area is needed in both the online and app. It would be great if you could schedule your appointments in the app and then it showed a list of upcoming and previous appointments. I downloaded the app because I thought it would be better than going online. Unfortunately the app takes you to the website in order to make or see your appointments (no real need for the app). Even while logged in on the website you still don't have the option to see your appointments unless you select change/cancel and enter the code. After making the appointment it states that it would be faster if you had an account, but you can’t make appointments from your account so this part is confusing. It would be great if I could do everything Quest related through the Quest app. Maybe some day! Thanks
Impossible to Understand Results

The app works, sort of. But the results of tests are impossible to understand. After studying at length the thousands of words in each of my results, I am still not sure of ANYTHING. They could say something like : Test Name Date Location Results Instead, there are thousands of words all over the pages of results, and ABSOLUTELY NOTHING IS CLEAR.

Application is 2 years old, it’s very limited and glitchy It’s not even support Face ID Second part of review about service I got to Nanuet NY location at 8:57 checked in Chosen to stay outside and finish check in on cellphone 10:00 came inside tought I missed my name or some Complaint that it takes too long Don’t forget I had two bottles of Poland Spring water at 8am so I can’t leave and miss a line and can’t go in yet 10:35 heard my name inside They can’t find me in their system I showed my email with order form from my doctor She said it’s not good she needs a paper So I had to call Dr office to Fax it to Quest 10:48 done blood test Quest system is as ancient as dinosaurs who use fax in 2020

What a piece of useless app. I downloaded it because my physician said this was the only way to have results for my covid test. It’s been a week and my results do not show. I called my doctor who had the results. What is the app for? Pure waste of my time.
Full Function for face recognition need to be added!

Useless and frustrating

It won’t let me get my lab results. I’ve given them my name, SS number, Insurance, and even my fingerprint. Not good enough, they still won’t verify me. Next they’ll want my DNA!!! Keep can your App.... Delete!! Problem solved.
Response for COVID-19 testing

After setting up the app and waiting for results, we made a number of phone calls to Quest and found that indeed they had our results, but had been sent to the app. Although our emailed test results were negative for COVID-19, we were quite disappointed with the disjointed results/reply through the app.
