Slow to respond

It is very easy to set up. However it loses functionality and has to be reprogram from time to time. It is also slow to respond at times. It can respond as quickly as 10 seconds from the time you push the button or two minutes after a button press.

Read a lot of reviews and anticipated problems, but had none! Whole myQ hook up took only moments and has worked flawlessly. Best feature, for me, is being able to open my garage with my phone on my motorcycle. No expensive garage door opener required! Very pleased!

Really impressed with the myQ door opener. Have been able to add multiple people, easy and quick set up, and zero problems. Highly recommend for houses with kids so you don’t go through door openers, codes, and all of that hassle.
No CarPlay support

It’s great this app has Apple Watch support. I wish it has CarPlay support.

Needs push reminder option to notify if door has been open for more than x amount of time. Or the i forgot to close the door reminder.

Very please with my new garage door opener. The unit is very easy to use and noise is at the bare minimum. The My Q app is user friendly and very easy to navigate
