Terrible. gets confused and opens door

Doesn’t work very well. Done all the troubleshooting. Still randomly opens late at night or when I’m not at home. Seems confused about what state it is in. I’ve had this device a while now. It may be time to unplug it and call it a loss.

25% of times the app works at 33% reliability. Many times I have to open and close the app 2 or 3 times before it will actually open or close the garage.

I’m not sure if it’s an attempt to make me pay for a subscription service but when I go on the future to add family members I get an error for each family member saying they can’t connect to the server Fix this and I will give the five stars

I love it. If you have multiple users of your gate/garage door gives you the ability to allow users to open close with a smart phone no need to purchase multiple remotes. Also allows you to open and close remotely for deliveries or repair folks

Call me a nerd maybe but it is really nice to know that my garage doors are open or closed. I’ve driven away from my house in the past and left the door open. Not a real good thing for security purposes! Now I know.
