Could be a great app if only I could complete an order!

Many times I have tried unsuccessfully to order from Walmart.com using the MYPoints IPhone app. There are 3 steps in the checkout process. I can never get past Step 1 because Steps 2 & 3 are always ghosted and cannot be selected. Hopefully this gets fixed.

My complaint is much like others. I seem to be getting points but then when I tried to redeem I never got the gift card. I requested to have it resent and still didn’t get it. Then I got locked out of my account. This is literally the only app I’ve ever had this problem with so that’s disappointing. Don’t waste your time on this one.

Not one single survey has even let me take it. Even the ones that it says you can’t be disqualified for. I’ll click “start survey” and it’ll say “sorry, wasn’t a good fit. Here’s one point for trying!” How did it judge that it wasn’t a good fit? Broken app.

TBH I don’t understand why people are complaining the app works perfectly fine, the surveys work well yeah sometimes I get disqualified but they still give me 5 points. The gift card are awesome have a large variety of cards EBay, Amazon, and even food places. Overall the app is good??

App doesn’t work

Points for shopping through app never pend. So I have to go on a regular computer to get credit. No way to follow up on not acknowledged shopping. No way to search retailers or items- so you have to scroll through hundreds of listings. If there is a search, it’s too hard to find it.

I redeemed my 25$ Visa gift card 6 days ago and still have not received it.This is a lie.Do not recommend do not waste your time on this app.If I could put 0 stars I would.I already sent a ticket and no response.

I’m fairly new to the app and I didn’t read these reviews before using the web version. Points pended for a long time but I think that’s to be expected. I haven’t received any gift cards and just redeemed points so I can’t comment on that. The app itself is a little buggy, I would rather use the web version
