Decent app with good versatility with having various activities to earn points. However still the same issues as it’s parent app in that it’s terribly inaccurate when it comes to scanning receipts; If it even scans them at all. I don’t even bother submitting a ticket if I’m trying to claim anything less than 15 pts. Still have to see how it does with accurately recording activities.

I have Been a very happy member for years! Only time I have trouble is very rarely it will finish a survey and freeze and I don’t get the points earned. But I am very pleased with the ability to ship at my go to stores online (sometimes in store) and get my points!!! Thanks so much!!! ❤️

I have used quite a few points/cash back apps, and this one may be the worst of them all. Getting credit for offers, shopping, and completing tasks seems to be completely hit-or-miss. Trying to get a response from customer service to fix these issues is even worse. Don’t waste your time; there are much better points apps out there.

So many emails, missing points

I signed up for my points and now I get like 100 more emails a day from all random businesses. I’m trying to unsubscribe from them all but it’s taking forever I literally might have to change my email! Also, when you take surveys they constantly disqualify you from them after you already took 10 minutes of your time and you only get 1 point. So stupid

I only used this app for videos. I’ve only ever had one account. Before I could even cash out once my account was shut down. This is very fraudulent behavior. This whole thing comes across as a scam. Behavior like this should honestly be illegal.

Great survey app!! I normally don’t rate apps bc most of them don’t care. This one is so much different than most survey/earning apps I’ve used. I get so frustrated when apps have me do half of the survey and then kick me out or disqualify me. I’ve never had that happen with MyPoints. I’m a single mom and this has been a great way to earn a little side money.

I used My Points for a few years now, but for the past few weeks, there are NO videos on the app. This is frustrating when trying to check off the TO DO LIST and make your daily goal. I open the app several times a day to see if they are available at certain times, but no. Please fix this. Yes, I have logged out and logged back in multiple times as well.

Been using mypoints for years. Love it but the app stinks. A lot of the time I try to use the portal to shop, MP is like a window frame around the store I'm shopping. Sometimes I'm unable to completely scroll down in the store because MPs frame overlaps part of the store view. Happens when I try to checkout, the checkout button is below MPs frame and it won't let me scroll down far enough. (iPhone SE). Don't have issues if I use a browser to open MP and link to a store, only with the app. Also surveys stink. Sometimes I'm trying to zoom out to read the print on a survey, and I'll accidentally swipe right. And the screen will revert to the main survey page. But the survey I was on is now gone. So I don't get to complete it. Also sometimes as I'm completing a survey, there seems to be a bug and the app freezes. And I have no option but to force quit the app. And lose credit for the survey. Claiming monthly bonus points is difficult, it's a hint to find where to claim them. Since it's once a month, I never remember where it is. On the website it's easy to find. App has limited use, but it's seriously annoying to spend 15 minutes on a survey, just to lose it. The one I lost today was a week-long participation survey that would have paid out real$. Not happy.

I love MyPoints! I have done surveys and made purchases and received plenty of gift cards for just my spare time. Can be frustrating when you do a survey and then they tell you that you don’t fit demographics or something but they already waisted 20 minutes and then just get booted back.
