Surveys are okay but fix the bug

The surveys are okay and you get disqualified a lot but the bonus emails are quick 5 points. I can’t currently open the app with the latest update. Restarting the phone and reinstalling the app didn’t help. After reinstalling the app I was open to open the app to the login page, but after logging in, it immediately kicks you out of the app again. I have not been successful.

As soon as I login the app crashes right away on my iPad and iPhone. What's up with that. I will change rating once it's fixed. Thank you

This latest version of the application crashes often. Click shop, app closes. Survey screen moderates between new and old format. Very unstable. Disappointing but not surprising as the application has been going downhill for years.
Hard for me to get rewards

I love the app. Problems: I have had issues getting my rewards. The codes are never delivered. I’ve always successfully been able to get my rewards when I consult representatives through the chat function. Sometimes when I go through the app I can’t check out to complete a purchase. Walmart doesn’t work well for me with the app. I love being able to earn points for things I’m buying anyway. My only problem is remembering to go through MyPoints.
They closed my account with no proof

I though this was a great app at first. I’ve had it for about 2 weeks. I uploaded a receipt and got almost $5 (in points) on the account. Watched several videos and almost had enough to cash out PayPal after a short period of time. I tried to log back in and it said my account had been disabled. I emailed support and they gave me no answers as to why my account was closed beside “it looks like you violated our terms and conditions”. I asked for specifics and they said the same exact thing and said the final decision was to keep my account closed and deactivated! Funny how people actually use your app, upload receipts, watch videos and is close to cashing out and it shuts off. Ok.
