I’ve only done like three surveys && @ the end of all three, it would say some error && my points wouldn’t show up

Several times I take surveys and error messages come up, it freezes, and I could be on the finishing questions and I still don’t get the credit for the points!!! Have sent e-mails to them and go round and round with them and they don’t give me the points! They don’t have live support so have fun with them! They have gone way downhill in the customer service department over the years!!

I’ve been using my points since 1997. I have redeemed over 170,000.00 points. It’s the only app I’ve personally found to actually pay out real money. Once you take a moment to use the app you will see it’s worth the effort as well I hope.

This app is trying to stop you from getting points. Despite many disqualification in surveys, you qualify it and it will show you like “We're sorry, but our servers are having difficulty presenting your survey. We have logged this error and notified our technical people; they will have this fixed quickly. Please contact your survey administrator for assistance; mention error id '5c369df7ba918c708c0809a9' and survey 'k1271408115'” DISSAPOINTING
SCAM ALERT!

I mean there are scams, and then there are SCAMS. You want to do surveys for free, jump on aboard to the mypoints train. You get all the points you need, then when you cash out, BAM. They tell you NOTHING, no email warning or anything. YOUR ACCOUNT GETS DEACTIVATED. On top of that, they don’t even email you back to tell you why. I mean truly it’s hysterical stuff. Genius, at that, get paid by companies to have people fill out their surveys and get them done by random people for free. Shoot... I guess if I had no integrity, I would do the same thing too. Feed yo kids mypoints, I feel you.

My account was deactivated for literally no reason at all. I wasn’t doing anything fraudulent or against the rules. Good thing it was only a couple bucks lost.

I have redeemed over 30,000 points now I use them for grocery coupons and I redeem my points for Wal-Mart gift cards and for families birthdays and holidays:)! I have been a member for over 2 years now.

I’ve received several gift cards from this. Not much to lose but your time. Gives a lot of opportunities to earn points but I noticed points to redeem rewards keep going higher, making it more difficult to earn all points needed. Again, it’s fun.
