Surveys are a scam

The surveys offered in this app are a scam. I’ve done several surveys so far and I will get about 85% of the way through the survey for it to tell me that I didn’t qualify. Why would it take me doing almost the whole survey for it to say I didn’t qualify other than it being a scam? They’re taking advantage of people taking almost the whole survey (which is probably in fact the whole survey) saying you don’t qualify so they don’t have to give you points. Waste of time.

The surveys are easy, just be honest. Completing the survey and getting the points are so easy. I’ve gotten so many amazon gift cards, this app is better than any other app offering the same things.

I had thousands of points. Gone. Zero explanation. I can’t find anything that explains where they went and no way to contact support, since there’s no category for this

This app is a scam, it has no customer support, they have no way to change your phone number witch I needed to do to redeem my points, the surveys and games rarely give you points even if you finished the whole thing, and is always bugging out so don’t bother.

App will not open.

I updated the app and now it will not open. I’ve rebooted my phone. No help. I am so distressed.

I tried downloading the app and created a login and once I did that the app won’t open. When I click it the app it automatically closes. And there is no way to contact customer support without having previous activity on the app ?

After the most recent update the app keeps crashing. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling and nothing works.

I got ripped off $50 on Swagbucks and $25 from their sister site MyPoints! After successfully redeeming my points on Swagbucks the first time I decided to sign up for MyPoints & use their platform & after wasting so much time on surveys that I in the end didn’t qualify or get credit for I finally did enough surveys to cash out $25 with PayPal. So I did so & on my account it showed that I had successfully redeemed my points for the PayPal gift card( which is them just depositing the money in your PayPal) & I even received an email saying that I had successfully redeemed my points for the PayPal gift card & that it will take 1-3 days. Well without so much as an email or notice of any kind a couple days later I go to check on the status of that money & what do you know, they deactivated my account! Just like that ! No explanation, no notice or anything! I right away tried to get ahold of customer service & it has been a nightmare!!! You have to apply/request on their site for help (so you can not contact anyone yourself and are stuck if you have any issue) and before you can even send a message request they make you jump through hoops and do everything they can to divert you to message boards so you do not contact them. Well I finally got to where I was able to send in my request but when I got a response all it was was a super generic pre written message that wasn’t at all helpful & when someone did respond I believe they were just trying to have me continue to run around in circles because what they wrote back to me wasn’t even relevant to my issue. They told me that to resolve my issue that I had to log into my account that I don’t have anymore b/c they had already deactivated it(and this person knew this b/c I had already b/c that was the point of my message request which shows up in their emailed response so they for sure saw it) & go to my activity log and to contact them that way! Then they closed the case keeping my money w/ no recourse! Okay it really goes to show how little they value the users on their platform with how very little they have invested in their customer support, the get compensated for the offers or surveys we as users do on their site and without us they don’t have a business anymore so it’s crazy to me that they do nothing in support of its users and me thinking that is generous because that’s me considering it as a legitimate business and not as a COMPLETE SCAM THAT STEALS MONEY FROM IT’S USERS as I am starting to suspect now. I have screenshots of everything & sent them to BBB w/a complaint hoping to get my money I earn & why I’m here that if I make enough noise that maybe they’ll do the right thing and not rip off people during a pandemic on Christmas.

App stopped working after update. As soon as I log in, it closes. Tried reinstalling and rebooting. No luck.
