Fix this crap.


Slow to load

Last update created a noticeable problem. Loads slow or not at all. Have been an Earthlink customer since 1991. Now that they are charging a fee, seems like they’ve dripped quality. If it doesn’t get better, I’ll consider cancelling. No excuse for bad quality with all the competition...and no-charge competitors at that. I’m a loyal customer and understand the ball can drop on occasion, so I will wait and see if there’s a commitment to excellence as advertised.

Sad doesn’t work with new iPhone

Just updated my iPhone to XR and app is now broken. Shows no email. This may be the final think to quit paying $10 a month and switch to gmail as my main email.


Never ever works when I need it

I’m only able to see my mail half the time I try to. And if it never fails if I’m trying to recover a password, I get the spinning wheel of nothing. I’m transitioning to Gmail.


Slow and dysfunctional

This app needs a lot of work. It takes a long time to navigate the mailbox, and frequently it’s not even possible. It takes a long time to open messages. Moving from one folder to another can take up to three minutes, and sometimes it’s not possible. Get off your donut-fattened butts, and get the bugs out, you overpaid software developers. You’ve had more than two years to fix some basic problems.

The APP will not acknowledge my email, user name or password not matter how many times I change it delete it and reinstall it. A truly horrible App. Sorry Guys, it is the 21st century. These things need to talk to each other.

I’ve had EarthLink for awhile, was able to access emails successfully without any problems on my iPhone 6. I upgraded to an iPhone 7, and unfortunately service has been just awful. Response time in retrieving new messages takes a long time. It’s quite embarrassing when I’m on the phone with a client, and they send me an email and I have to explain to them that the service is slow. As a result, I find myself having to go through google to see and retrieve my messages. As other reviews have stated, I love the spam blocker, which presents me from dealing with unauthorized emails on my account. Please EarthLink our please hurry up and fix problem. Thank you.


Can’t sign in

Just had to finally delete because app would never recognize either of the passwords on the two earthlink.net email accounts I use and therefore I could never sign in.
