Spam filter and Block sender lists unavailable

This app does not provide access to the spam blocker or the block sender list. Ordinary webmail has been discontinued where these services were provided. Earthlink has no plan to make these features available again, rendering Earthlink Mail useless altogether.
Beyond Pathetic

Get your s— together EarthLink!! Those of us who have kept paying for accounts for 20 years simply because we don’t want the hassle of changing addresses which we have used for so long are realizing the that the hassle of dealing with such a substandard, ridiculously time-consuming service every single day is much more inconvenient (& we’re PAYING for the inconvenience)!! I know I’ve just about had it.
iPad version Auto-Opens up emails

•E-mails shouldn’t be automatically opened by a program. Believe it or not, malicious people send things called viruses... Just show me the inbox, please. I can decide all by myself if I want something opened. •Fortunately, the app doesn’t auto-open emails on the iPhone. •The Inbox functions perfectly on my phone: I can delete, read, & sort very quickly, but that’s as far as it goes... •The app crashes every time I try to open other folders. If Customer Service fixes these problems, I’ll update my review.
Login problem

I can not get past the login screen. The program freezes at this point. Going to delete app since it does not work.

Was recommended to get this app. There is nowhere on the app that allows a newcomer to enroll. Yep assume you have already enrolled which is an obvious glitch in the app itself. This needs to be fixed!

I’ve never reviewed an app, but this one is so slow and ineffective I had to note it. This is what I get for refusing to move to a modern email service. It’s truly bad.
Worst app ever

Recently, earthlink decided not to offer online email. The online app allowed strict email blocking with the option to allow some emails from certain domains. Making an email “not junk” is not an option in the downloaded app from earthlink. I am looking for a job and I never get to see possible opportunities because everything is blocked. Most notably is indeed. I will use apple mail and not check two apps for mail. Therefore, it is time to move on from earthlink.
Slow and sluggish

Been an Earthlink user since 1994 and this App is just awful. Incredibly slow. Pretty much unusable. I use my native apps on my iPhone, iPad and Outlook on my computer. The SPAM filters don’t seem to do anything and when you decide to report SPAM you might as well take a nap until this App is done. I expected more from Earthlink.
