Slow to load – myEarthLink Review

Last update created a noticeable problem. Loads slow or not at all. Have been an Earthlink customer since 1991. Now that they are charging a fee, seems like they’ve dripped quality. If it doesn’t get better, I’ll consider cancelling. No excuse for bad quality with all the competition...and no-charge competitors at that. I’m a loyal customer and understand the ball can drop on occasion, so I will wait and see if there’s a commitment to excellence as advertised.
