Shameful effort
prepare to cry
Will not update mail. Crashes and locks constantly. No regard for customers’ well being or satisfaction. This is a paid service in the first place. This should be a prime feature, not an afterthought add-on app.

Folders take a year and a day to load. Deleting spam and trash is an arduous task. Needs a tech overhaul to join the 21st century. Doesn’t really merit the one star I was forced to give it.

Seriously. I have used this service for over a decade, I can’t believe how pathetic this app is. Literally can’t sign in. Can’t manage anything, can’t pay bills through it nothing. Absolute garbage.
Can only see INBOX folder

Cannot view other folders such as sent, trash, suspect email, etc. side shows these folders and number of emails inside. Try viewing folder, get white screen. USELESS!

I’m unable to log in to my EarthLink webmail from the my EarthLink page on my iPhone, as I can on my iPad or desktop. It forces me to use this app, which isn’t showing my last six months of email. Totally useless!!!!! Why is this app still here?????
