Worthless App

Don’t bother using this app. It is by far the worst app on my phone. I just use the regular web version now. If it could be any slower or have more useless pages, I don’t know how. Some days you can’t get your mail all day.
Difficult to navigate

Needs a few simple tweets. There should be an option to delete all (that works). the spam select all works, but not the delete all trash option. Also when a mail comes in requesting to be added to your address, the link keeps going back to upload app. I am forced to go to web mail. Also there is no option to delete addresses. Could use some aesthetic updates. It is getting there.

This is a terrible product for mobile device/smart phones. There is no way to filter spam/junk emails even though there is a button to do that. The button does nothing as I was told from an EarthLink support agent! If you want to delete dozens of junk emails every day, You’ll love this product! If you have better things to do with your time then delete spam, then do not put the my EarthLink app on your phone!

Always shows 33 notifications, no matter the number of emails unread. Very slow to update and does not have great functionality.

I have used this service for many many years. The tech people are knowledgeable and very very good. I’ve never had any trouble with EarthLink. I highly recommend them.

Update: I can’t even sign in. Fill in email and password and I press the sign in button and nothing happens. Quit the app completely but same thing. No support or updates from Earthlink. Update. Went down one star as app is frustrating to use. I wonder if Earthlink bothers to read their reviews. Again, space is very very limiting at 100mb of storage and that gets consumed quick by so much junk/spam email the I receive. There are so many email providers that provide free gigs, yes gigs of storage but Earthlink just provides 100mb and you have to pay for more storage. Which leads me to believe they give you so little space and they know you will receive a ton of junk email that your storage space will run out fast and some people will buy more storage. Deleting junk email is a chore as well. Open app Go to “known spam” folder and delete “all” Go to “junk” folder and delete that as well Go to “trash” folder then delete, wait for it to load, page loads and you press delete all, if theres more than one page, wait 10 seconds for other page to refresh and hit delete again. The news section has repeated news stories as you scroll. Great app with good ideas but needs a lot of polishing and more free storage space for emails in this day and age. 100mb was big in the 90’s. Fast forward, it’s 2018. Thank you Earthlink.
Too cumbersome/slow and forgets what’s been done.

The website is slow enough. But the App is horrible. Trying to sort and delete suspect email takes forever. You lost it as spam and it keeps allowing it through. Can spend half an hour for cleaning a 1/2 day of messages. Then every 3rdbor 4th time it forgets everything you flagged as spam or deleted and repopulates the varying email menus. Worse yet, when I travel and have weak cell coverage, it’s so slow it just freezes and loads up my storage space in a few days. I need to discover if there is a way to keep my EarthLink email with another service, like transferring cell #s. This is too difficult to keep up with.
