I have the Prowler 920, just got it with a new pool build. The app won’t connect to the box, no matter how close or far I am from in. Not pleased with the app at all!

App and product evaluation

The app connected without any hassles at at least 30 foot away. That’s impressive. I just purchased and launched my Dolphin Triton PS Plus Automatic Pool Cleaner with Bluetooth and Extra-Large Filter Basket, awesome, and already hard at work.

Where do I start? Bluetooth as a publicly governed standard has a line of sight maximum distance of 30. This one is a meter!?!? Makes it totally useless. If I am sitting 10 feet away, it can’t connect via Bluetooth. Then, you couldn’t just replicate the lcd from the old remote? Is Maytronics a French company? Cuz this is how the French do tech. POORLY!!!

For my e25 the app is useless, i can juat turn it on and off., no more options or manual drive work.
