Blank White screen - iOS 12.0.1

TheGamingArt

Just signed up and immediately navigated to a blank white screen. The app hasn’t been updated or validated in who knows how long :(.

Fire the developers and replace bluetooth with wifi!

estebangtz

I own a m500 and I think is an amazing product, however the app is useless. Not having an option to store defaults is bad, same with the lack of multiple schedules. As many others have mentioned, the range of the bluetooth connectivity is probably the main limitation, it would be great to replace the bluetooth module for a wifi option or at least make the cleaner work with other automation systems like Alexa or Smartthings.

Not as good as old faithful

I’m sure the CEO got a new Gulfsteam for cutting cost on this unit. Doesn’t pick-up trash like my old one. Certainly not worth the difference in cost. Save your money. Buy scuba gear with money then clean it yourself. DISAPPOINTED.

Unnecessarily limiting

This app could do so much more while retaining unique functions for different tiers of robots. It’s unnecessarily crippled. Or worse, the manufacturer doesn’t know how to build a really useful ecosystem for their products. The app doesn’t remember any paired robots, have to discover each time. And this means I have to be within 10 ft of the unit. Defeats all purpose. All I can with my S200 is start a manual cycle. And if I do that, the power unit then forgets everything that was set up. Would love to integrate pool robot control in my home automation system, that’s a far dream.

Not worth paying the extra $$ because of this app

TxJole

You have to close the app, turn off the Bluetooth, reopen the app, turn Bluetooth back on everytime you want to connect to your pool cleaner. Service center even admitted it’s a known problem. App is not set up to scan for Bluetooth like others. Buying the Bluetooth pool cleaner is worthless because of this fault. Buy the cheaper model.

Can’t find robot. No modes.

Noel Hastings

Recognizes power supply only. Waste of time.

Easy to connect but difficult to control

Xrthfe

I have no trouble connecting through Bluetooth but I cannot send any commands it keeps saying failed to send even though I’m standing right next to it worked great last year now it doesn’t seem to want to do any of the commands through the app

Dolphin app needs help !

vettefixer

Not at all happy with my $1500 purchase. It takes at least 6 tries to connect to Bluetooth when standing right next to it. Once finally connected I can’t walk to end of pool without losing connection, making it impossible to use manual steering feature. Poorly planned weekly program. My old Polaris was programmed for the season, this thing needs to be set every week. INCONVENIENT for something that’s meant to be convenient. Unfortunately the only way to control this thing is with a poorly working app. They discontinued the wall mounted controller and went with app only.

Nice look, not useful

Intermittent connection. Never have I been able to manually control robot. App is just indicator that robot is working. IF connection works. Next to useless
