Fix the Bluetooth!

Are you kidding me with this app and Bluetooth?! The dolphin is awesome...best purchase, changed my life. No joke. But the app and Bluetooth is an absolute joke. Doesn’t work more than 1/2 time. Literally the simplest thing to fix yet nothing

Won’t work everything I do causes errors

Whenever I try to choose the cleaning mode, do manual drive, change the cycle time, do a delayed cleaning, or set up the weekly calendar I always get an error no matter what. I have unplugged the cleaner and restarted my phone but it didn’t make a difference.

Bluetooth limited distance

I bought this unit so I could control it from inside my house, but it can’t reach it, the program suggests you should be within 3 feet? Realistically you can connect within 10 feet. And the connection is hit and miss, Save your self $400 and but the 200 model. It’s the same unit without the blue tooth (this is what I was told by the store). By the way I find there are other pool vac companies that actually have a WiFi versions that might of interests. It frequently forgets the weekly program and has to be reset.

Terrible app. I connect but can't do anything. Always states "oops - something when wrong". Once in 2 years has this worked.

Bad Bluetooth Connection

The cleaner works well, however, getting it to Bluetooth sync to this app is awful. It worked flawlessly last year but has problems now with connectivity (yes, I’ve reset everything and am standing next to the unit). The manual steering mode is poor but gets the job done eventually with much patience. Overall, the app needs a lot of work.

I had my 30i for three weeks now so far this thing has become my best friend I wish I’ve gotten it sooner. The Bluetooth sometimes is not available but overall it’s great. Mantua NJ. Thanks

App terrible

The dolphin works great but the app is the worst! They hype you up on being able to remotely control the dolphin. Lies!!! Buy the cheaper version of the dolphin. Thanks for the developer response your app is still garbage! Same problem no results

Options in screenshots absent

Only options I have are manual drive and links and info. Can’t see any of the other options. iPhone X. Bought your expensive $1400 Sigma robot

Doesn't work. At all

Bought my dolphin new for this season to replace a Kreepy Krauly Platinum. While I feel it cleans better, it's not as thorough. Only runs an hour then stops, misses areas. The Bluetooth driving function which could alleviate this issue in the app has never once let me control the unit. Likely going back.

Won’t connect to robot and I emailed support and no reply still

I have emailed support and no reply in 3-4 days Brand new machine from authorized seller and it won’t connect to the app Disappointing!!
