Very disappointed – MyDISH Account Review

Why do we keep losing channels? Where are the perks!?? You keep taking things away and charging us more!! This is getting to be too much and you need to be much more customer oriented!!! Do something MORE or GOOD for me!! I may switch to Direct TV and see their customer service. I’ve been with you 23 years!!!!! That should count for something beneficial to ME; your company is looking very bad in my eyes.
