App keeps crashing

I have updated the app and my iOS and this app keeps crashing as soon as I enter my pin. I’ve restarted the phone and has the most current iOS version of 13.5.1

Like everyone else- it keeps crashing. I tried to call customer service but they are so backed up with calls as is so I hung up. I didn’t see a number anywhere for tech support.... As of this morning, I uninstalled the app and reinstalled. Hopefully it will work. I took so much time uploading my inventory last month. Help?

Great way to organize when it works. I keep trying to sign in and it blacks out and exits itself never giving me a chance to see my information.

I’m very new to this app, and I love all that it can when it works. I can’t use it twice without it crashing. I end up deleting and reinstalling. Very frustrating.

I was loving this app but for some reason it will not stay open. I added some Inventory and then it it just stops and disappears. Help!
Love app but...

I love this app so I can work on the go. I am able to scan my inventory in, place and process orders. Review history of orders. Just this week it’s been crashing. I log in and it doesn’t go through. It goes back to the app. What should I do? Uninstall and reinstall?

It worked for 2 times & that was it. It pretends to open & then it crashes. Please fix this issue because I love it for inventory purposes & quick order history.

This is a great app for your MK business and I had used it daily until the last update and now it won’t open at all!! Not sure what happened but I’m afraid to delete it and reinstall it because I’m not sure if my info will be saved. Really need helpwith this, there’s so much info on the app!! I can’t lose my data!!!
