No support for iPhone X

Chasetech12

I would really love this app to have support for the supper rentia display on the iPhone X. It just kinda feels old and out of place the the iPhone X display

Still Needs Work

I love the idea of this app and it has really made my new car purchase even better. Who knew you could unlock your car with your phone hundreds of miles away! But there are too many glitches. First, at times my app completely freaks out when trying to lock or unlock as it continue to load on my phone but then on my iWatch it fails. Secondly, it takes FOREVER for the car to actually unlock. On advertisements it shows it to be a quick smooth process but this is a very slow process (2-3 minutes before unlocking). Lastly, it’s been a few months since the iPhone X came out and many big companies have updated their apps. Please update it so that fits the X interface. Thank you!!

Hit or miss

Sometimes this works perfectly and is great. Other times, it completely fails. As such, it can’t be counted on as dependable. Somehow, my cars OnStar forgot what it was and how to connect (which broke it) until I called OnStar support.

App

1234?!?

Downloaded the app and not sure how to get the key fob and other features on here. All I’m showing is my vehicle info and dealer locations. Once I click on select on my vehicle it takes me back to the beginning.

This app does NOT work

Mad gamer shiz

This app is the biggest pile of any app I’ve used. I have uninstalled/ reinstalled and spent countless times trying to get it to work. Based on other reviews I am not alone. The developer needs to be fired!!

Happy with the service.

fatdaddys C7.

I like all the features on this app, and even though it is dependent on Onstar I’m happy that it is available

True disappointment!!

Chester2hair

Between this app and the onstar mobile link i dont know which one is worse. Both apps do not work for me. Before all the updates the apps worked great but the last year plus they have been nothing but a disappointment

Nice app... when it works

Dave_StHelens

Very much appreciate the functionality of the Apple Watch interface but, majority of time am met with a red iPhone graphic with a slash thru it and cannot launch the app. No explanation anywhere of what this graphic means or how to solve for it. Five stars if not for this issue. UPDATE: Received a voicemail from customer support that informed me that despite being told under separate correspondence that I must have iPhone software update 10.0 or better along with Apple Watch software 3.0 or better (of which I do)... that in fact the MyChevrolet App is not compatible with Apple Watch. I do not understand! MyChevrolet App is advertised as being compatible and it has worked in the past, changed review to 1 star. Love my Chevy Camaro but customer support, not so much.

Good app but needs work.

I use this app on a daily basis, and I’m not sure how popular it is but it doesn’t seem to get much attention, it still hasn’t been updated to support the new iPhone X ui style. Also the watch app has a hard time completing commands not sure why that is, but I found that uninstalling and reinstalling the app gets it to work again. I guess since it’s a free app it’s not going to get much attention but it gets the job done most of the time. Would like to see Siri be able to run commands like remote start or locking and unlocking the doors. But maybe when a newer vehicle comes out.

Needs more functions

ScottyDR

I somewhat like this app, but it could have more functionality. I like the OnStar app more but they both could use some help. It would be nice if you had a trunk release function like the actual key fob has, so that you could just open the trunk without opening all the doors. It would make it convenient when someone drops off a package. They could put it in my trunk without being able to get in my car. You would think that would be an option when you pay $37 per month for OnStar!
