If you've come to download this app, you must already be an AXA client, so it's probably too late for me to warn you. If not, DO NOT invest with AXA! They are one of the most unprofessional and unsuccessful businesses that I've ever worked with. And their app is a reminder of that. Try to login. You'll find that the "GO" button to access your account will randomly not work.
App won't load and no touch ID?
New Axa user
Once I enter my password I get a white screen that shows something is loading. It never loads no matter how many times i close and reopen or restart phone. Also, i have two other accounts with other financial mgmt firms and they offer apple touch ID. You working on that?

Not sure what everyone is complaining about, my app works great! I log in and all my accounts pop up with totals, and I can see individual account profiles. It's about as easy as an app gets. I already had a login account set up on the computer so maybe that's the key? As far as complaints against Axa, I totally disagree. I'm a teacher and got set up with Axa through school, but my experience has been nothing but fantastic! In fact, it's been so good I decided to write this review! If you have issues, switch your advisor. Mine meets with me about once a month to go over ideas and suggestions and has done wonders for my retirement and future!! Take an initiative in your own financial future and you'll find Axa very helpful and informative.

BS, it ain't no faster. Y cannot developers get their heads out of their collective a**** & either not deceive the public or get it right?? Y complain ? It's touted as faster & it isn't. It loads loads loads then it works. It's functional but it's NOT faster.
Stopped working with latest update

It won’t even let me register the app. It gets stuck during the security questions. It otherwise seems glitchy. Not impressed.
