Please develop a functional product

“Go” button to log-in doesn’t work, defeating the purpose of the app to begin with. Save user ID feature doesn’t save user ID. Every other financial app I use has fingerprint ID, this one doesn’t. In 2019 it should not be difficult for a business of this size to develop a functional app that meets customer expectations.
The app needs a lot of work. I can’t even login. The go button does nothing

Just downloaded the app and it does not let me get past the login screen. I can not login

“Go” button still doesn’t work, meaning you can’t login. App is not widescreen updated for newer iPhones. I doubt they touched this app for years. Horrible.

AXA is a huge company. Spend some time and money on your APP! I have an iPhone 7+. The “Go” button won’t even work!

I didn’t believe the reviews, but sure enough the “Go” button to log into the app doesnt work. Since you can never log in, you cannot get to anything on the app. I had to delete the app. Utterly pointless. Why hasn’t AXA responded to anyone’s reviews and fixed the app? Such an unresponsive company makes me reconsider if I want to keep my money with them.

How can I create my account online and be referred to download this app that won’t allow me to “log in” ... I enter my username and password but the log in button is stuck and doesn’t do anything. Come on guys, invest in your developers and get this app working properly.
