The login screen doesn’t allow you to log in. The “Go” button is apparently just an icon. App continually shuts down.

I was able to get into app when I first set it up. Graphics take up a lot of (unnecessary) real estate. Intuition says to tap account name/number, but you’re supposed to just scroll. Basic account info. Logged out. Did not save my user id, although I selected that option. Unable to store password, apparently. All further attempts to login the app was nonresponsive. I found that if you tap “Forgot User ID or Password?” then select “Cancel”, a different login screen comes up. The Go button at least changes color, but then changes back (dark red to light red). I had to tap Go 5 to 8 times, but then got into the app. User ID finally was stored. Log Out? I got a totally white screen...
Fix the app

Please fix the app! I typically spend 10 or more minutes trying to log in to my axa account to view my portfolio. After entering my username and password, I push the go button and nothing happens. I have to tap the Go button for several minutes until I eventually get lucky.

Takes so long to load I deleted it. Disappointed that more design and QA don’t go into this App.

First, AXA set up my account with the wrong SSN and took 8 days to change. Second, they got my security questions wrong. Third, the web site or the app doesn't play well with 1Password or keychain so it crashes the account. When I send an email about this, the reply goes into the account which is locked (how does this make sense). Now, after all of this struggle, I cannot get integration to either Mint or Personal Capital, and what is on the web really isn’t something really worth this effort anyway. So I now come away from investing with AXA with mostly regret. They effectively don't have a web presence and I am stuck with paper statements in the age of the cloud.

I can’t even login! I put my username and password in and guess what? The GO button doesn’t work! This app is the worst!

I enter my login info but pressing the Go button does nothing! WHY? This used to work.
App needs an update

AXA is a great group but the app needs an upgrade/update. Other than that I’m pleased.
