Terrible

Jorbles

This app is ancient and buggy. Impossible to navigate. It makes Axa look like a second rate business.

Terrible.

STEVER-13

Won’t even let me log in anymore. Can’t click the Go button... why?

Can’t log in

KaraR312

The app opens but when you click “Go” nothing happens. Worked fine for about a year but I haven’t been able to sign in for months. Terrible app - don’t waste your time downloading

Needs a lot of tech attention

joanne ice

This app needs to be refreshed or updated as it needs a new version so it works. I can’t even log in anymore as the buttons don’t respond. So frustrating. Aren’t there resources and supports allocated to keep up the app???

Login button doesn’t do anything

gadi

Put userid and password. Pressing the GO button does absolutely nothing. Deleted and re-installed, still nothing. Seems like it’s better not to have an app rather than having one such as this one...

Not an App

Nick riles

This isn’t even an app, it’s just a browser... waste of time and NOT user friendly at all.

Hard to believe!

AmexNomad

This is an enormous, older, multi-national company. The fact that they continue to have such a bad ap is inexcusable. I’ve removed/re-installed on more than one occasion. Still- once I input my credentials and press the red button to log on, NOTHING happens. It has been this way for over 2 weeks. Inexcusable!

Terrible online accessibility!

ChicagolandDJF

Lousy functionality, period!!

Thumbprint security - good idea

Daburb

Wish they had a thumbprint security option to login. I use different 12-16 digit random character passwords for account security. Thumbprint access helps me not to have to ‘copy/paste’ from my password manager. I’d appreciate that in the next upgrade.

Absolute Garbage

citrusmoose

Worst banking app ever created. Doesn’t support any iPhone features (biometrics, password manager, newer displays).
