The app doesn’t work. You cannot save your username and password although there is a box to check saying you can. You cannot even login. The Go button does not work.
Locks up on log in. First try, it locked up after I entered the 6 digit security code. Rebooted and tried again and I can’t even get this far. I am a little worried that I am trusting my Monday to a company that can’t even succeed in the simplest aspect of an app, logging in. I mean, really?
Like everyone else, it is always a challenge to log in. No fingerprint, doesnt save details, very slow. No updates in 2years+ Dont bother with this app.
How can we trust our finances with a company who cannot get their online application to function properly. Why are we paying monthly administrative fees? What would be the process if my beneficiary ever had to get through to AXA, in the event of my passing. Maybe the application issues, as well as the lack of response from AXA based on the 1.5 star average rating, we should take our financial “insecurity” to a more secure company.
App works as per developer. I had had zero issues logging in and/or accessing my account. Only reason not giving it five star, due to the slow interface; it takes several seconds from the time user depresses a button, until the app recognizes the request. Please work on the speed of the interface.
After the recent update this app is finally functional. Works as advertised, can check accounts and view detailed info. About time.
Since the previous update, the APP no longer remembers Login ID after user selects the option to do so. Please fix.
App does not allow copy/paste for login and password. I have a longish random password and it’s easier to paste it in the password field rather than manually entering it. All the other financial apps I use support the copy/paste feature for logins.
