Unable to create account and use the app, have been trying for days to create and save with no luck

This device needs to be improved as it doesn't track the quality of the sleep and whether the person is actually sleeping or simply laying downs

It is nice to have a system that you can go to and see how you are doing with your BPAP. I like that that it sends all my information to my doctors as well! Thanks for all you do!

I’ve had MyAir for over two years and suddenly it has decided I needed to re-log in. When I tried numerous times, it told me that my account already existed and that my password was incorrect. After numerous attempts at correcting what MyAir said was incorrect, it said that my unit was already registered. My options were a new email, reset password. Where was the human to help me through this? Contact Support? No that's not support! It’s No Support!

While the app seems to cover what it’s supposed to do, there are a few improvements that should be made in the next revision. 1. Make a dark made. Most apps have this option now and for those of that rely on that mode, it would be really helpful. 2. The font size is not adjustable nor clear (the dark mode would help with this). It would be nice to increase the font size. 3. It would be nice to know when I click on one of the numbers or line items on the Home Screen what the numbers mean, are the good or bad, and what could be done to improve. Instead, it just goes to some chart.

It seems like what the user sees is pretty dumbed down over what it actually records You are penalized if you have to go to the bathroom more than once during the night Sometime the icon has a number in it like you have to open and sync. Today the number does not go away

I am trying to register and I have an AirCurve10 and the only equipment options displayed are for AirSense. I also went to ResMed website support section and they don’t have an answer. Their support is just a bunch of faq’s and they do not offer a way to contact a human to get an answer.
