Contact Support?? – myAir™ by ResMed Review

I’ve had MyAir for over two years and suddenly it has decided I needed to re-log in. When I tried numerous times, it told me that my account already existed and that my password was incorrect. After numerous attempts at correcting what MyAir said was incorrect, it said that my unit was already registered. My options were a new email, reset password. Where was the human to help me through this? Contact Support? No that's not support! It’s No Support!
