I don’t know how well this app works because I won’t use some this that collects my web use, and so much personal information. Buzz off.

This app does not work with AirCurve 10 machines

I downloaded the app yesterday and registered my Airsense 10 on the app as well as the website. I got up this morning and went to workout then came back to check my score (the score was not updated after I shut off the breathing therapy) to find out my machine was dropped from the website as well as the app. I got my machine reregistered with the website and got the score but the app tells me there is an error and to come back later. I was going to wait to get the SD card till this weekend but since the app is not playing nice and my machine was dropped once already from the website I will get one tonight. This is not building confidence.

I've been using my Resmed CPAP since October (replaced a recalled Philips DreamStation). My only issue is that the app won't pull results from the machine until the results have been sent to the mothership. I live in a rural area with poor cellular service and I have to constantly put the machine in airplane mode and off airplane mode to try and get a connection and when I finally do, it's never more than one bar. Why not have an option in the app to collect data from the machine and use the app to send the data to the mothership? I asked about a wifi option for the machine and was told that isn't an option with the newer machines.

So many things on this app work ok, but not great. Having to scroll across to see a all of a chart is an annoyance. And it’s telling me I have a notification, but I can’t find it and I can’t clear the one in the red circle. Super annoying.

Reviewing the app-not the CPAP

TL;DR: The app has limited usefulness if it doesn’t reliably connect to your home wifi. My experience: Every other wireless device in my house works except this ResMed Airsense 11. I even bought a wifi extender for my bedroom, which I otherwise would not need. It does not improve connectivity performance for reporting data for trending history (pretty much the only usefulness this app would have, right?). The support for this issue is: move the machine around to find the best wifi coverage. That’s not helpful if you would have to move your bed and nightstand, change rooms, or-I guess-find a 200-foot extension cord and a 200-foot mask hose to hook up the device in a “better” location? Mind you, I was intermittently able to get 2 bars to show up on the screen for 9 days, so I know it’s possible. I’m not saying “don’t waste your time” with this app, but don’t be surprised or disappointed if you don’t get the convenience promised in the marketing for your CPAP machine.

Mostly helpful, great supply of resources.

Love the app, the resources provided and spot on, and info is fun to follow. However, the widget is severely outdated and needs updating. Also, I’d like to have more access to the data on the as card via the app, far more details in it. Only matters holding me back from 5 stars.

App forced me to register my machine twice and now shows a notification to clear on the coaching tab. Only, the coaching tab is completely blank and will not refresh?!

Poor customer support; does not sync with Apple Health

it is a good app in terms of its functionality and information. But it loses points because it does not sync with Apple Health and because customer support options are poor. For example, if you try to contact customer support from within the app you may ask only questions from the frequently asked questions menu, it does not actually connect you with customer support.
