App connects with the server a few times a week. There is no up to date information until it does. Unplugging unit and restarting works about 1/2 the time. Feedback is useless when it is droayed this long. Previous app on previous unit was always synced within an hour. Apparently this app looses connection and doesn’t retry. Use WiFi access or Bluetooth (unit has Bluetooth connection but that is just as unreliable after first day).

First night the app says I used the machine 7 minutes. Last night I used the machine one minute. App syncs but doesn’t work. I was hoping to track sleep but I guess I’ll stick w fitness tracker. The app doesn’t work

Keeps asking me to add my machine

Had the app completely set up, used the machine overnight and when I went to check the data it asked me to add the machine again. I looked at reviews and it looks like this is a problem for others as well. Suggest that the developers put in a hot fix for this.

If the intent of scoring is to encourage peeps to use the machine, Don’t penalize people for sleeping less hours that an arbitrarily predetermined amount. I’m new to this so I’ll use the app another week, but am seriously considering deleting it.

Good high level charts

Ok app for a basic day-wise review of events. I quickly and correctly set up the account and machine but data sync didn’t happen until I reached out to support so I suspect some manual activity in the back office... I had hoped for hour-wise event charts but it is just daily. So the occasional webpage visit is plenty for a high level weekly/monthly review. I suppose if you have a machine with Bluetooth and this app does a little bit of control that might improve its usefulness otherwise I deleted it.

The app is a god send. I have no issues with the app, just the developers. About two years ago I left a review with more stars. I rank this review with one. The app still does not link up with the health app. It’s said because it would give a better personal understanding and improvement by looking at one app. If I want more details then I don’t mind hopping over to the appropriate app. Come on ladies and gents, let’s make this app link into apples primary health app for 2022!

Created my login, after my machine after a cumbersome data entry of serial numbers (QR anyone?) and went to sleep. Wake up next day and am being asked to enter my machine info again. Who’s asleep here?

The title says it all. As I type this the Bluetooth is on the machine and my my mobile but they won’t reconnect. I’ll try rebooting the device next but we’ll past bored with low quality computing.

The app finally updated

I had written an earlier review and was asked if I’d like to update after a note from the developer. After two weeks, the “missing” data appeared in the MyAir app. I verified there wasn’t an update during that period, yet after the original review, I’m now content that the data is accurate based on another week of us. I’m closing in on a full month of use and discovering adjustments to make it easier. I believe a chin strap would help, but the majority of total scores in the 90’s looks good to me!
