So many issues, dining and cleanliness

So many dining plan issues, messed up reservations and on top of that it is not up to cleanliness standards. Much of the staff have not been as friendly and courteous as what you expect from such an expensive vacation. Very very disappointed!!!

Having such a hard time linking my tickets and can’t see what is available for fast pass. I bought my tickets and only have a confirmation number. This is very confusing......
