Reservation not linking

I have uninstalled and installed, logged out and logged in over 50 times at this point. Error message keeps telling me that the reservation has been claimed by me but it won’t show up. Get it together Disney!
Frustrating and Unreliable

App is broken but Disney does not care. The app crashes more than any other app that I use. It will log me out and won’t let me log back in. I have to constantly close and reload the app in order to use its basic functions. I really wish Disney would fix the issues with this app because it makes our time at the parks very frustrating.

Please please please fix this crashing problem. I need the app for my upcoming trip but I literally can’t even OPEN the app. PLEASE address and fix this problem.
Dining Reservations

Every time I try to make dining reservations at the 180 day mark I have the hardest time!! I have a room reservation at Bay Lake Tower 4-10 March, and I am unable to make my reservations. Also, since I have to wait until the phone lines open at 7AM EST I have to wait an hour to talk to someone. Basically woke up at 4:30 AM Central for no reason.

Cinderella's Royal Table was AMAZING!!! Beyond my expectations, my children absolutely loved it ??? I've wanted to go since I was a little girl and it was MAGICAL ☺️?☺️
Not easy to navigate

I wouldn’t say I’m tech savvy, but I’m not entirely stupid with apps, I find this app difficult to navigate. I can’t update my profile. I love the concept but I just don’t love this app!! I really wish it was easier. I don’t know how to add friends or family. It’s a long story but the only thing this app is good for is checking wait times. I can’t make reservations because I cannot update my profile. But good to see what is available.
